Court cancels publication ban in 2012 presidential election rigging case

The Administrative Court, headed by Deputy Chairman of the State Council Judge Yehia Dakroury, canceled a publication ban on Tuesday in the lawsuit accusing the Muslim Brotherhood of rigging the 2012 presidential elections, where toppled President Mohamed Morsi won.
 
Lawyer Samir Sabry filed a lawsuit demanding the cancelation of the publication ban, which had been issued by the former top prosecutor.
 
Assassinated top prosecutor Hesham Barakat had issued a publication ban on any documents or information relating to the case, which accused the Muslim Brotherhood of rigging the 2012 presidential elections in favor of Morsi.
