This is to confirm Mr Tomasz Berg attended three sessions with me in 2014. The purpose of Mr Tomasz Berg’s visit was to learn about functioning in a relationship with a person with certain psychological conditions, and he himself was not diagnosed with any mental disorder, and was not the subject of the therapy.

Alexandria Court of Urgent Matters has rejected a lawsuit which demanded stripping Alexandria Governor, Hani al-Meseiry of his nationality as he holds a US citizenship.

The court cited lack of jurisdiction as a reason for the rejection, and referred the lawsuit to the Administrative Court, which set 26 July as date for the first trial session.

During the previous session, Ahmed Ezz al-Arab, head of the defense lawyers union in Alexandria, asked for permission to obtain the official document from the Interior Minister, showing the governor was authorized to hold two nationalities.

Ezz al-Arab had earlier filed a lawsuit, accusing Meseiry of violating the law on holding the US citizenship.
