Egypt weather stabilizes on Sunday, warm temperatures expected

Meteorologists anticipate weather to stabilize in Egypt on Sunday following three days of severely turbulent weather.

Warm weather is expected on Sunday during the daytime along the northern coasts, central Sinai, Lower Egypt, Greater Cairo, South Sinai, northern Upper Egypt, and the Red Sea mountains, while moderately hot temperatures are expected for southern Upper Egypt.

The weather will grow very cold across the country by nightfall.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 22C in Alexandria, 23C in Cairo, 25C in Qena, 27C in Luxor, and 28C at Aswan.

Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country until northern Upper Egypt, denser in some areas with fogs in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt.

Winds will be mostly northwestern and moderate across most parts of Egypt.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between one and 1.5 meters in height with southwestern to northwestern surface winds. Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height, with northwestern surface winds.
