Media Professionals Syndicate suspends “Alaa Mas’olity” TV program

Chairman of the Media Professionals Syndicate, Hamdi al-Kenisi, stated Saturday that the council of syndicates has suspended the TV show, “Alaa Mas’olity” by Ahmed Mossa, that aired on private channel “Saada al-Balad”.

Kenisi explained that the show presented content that disturbed the country’s higher interests, national security and the media charter of honor, in violation of the law of Media Professionals Syndicate, notably article 69.

The syndicate will file the case to the public prosecution while it investigates Ahmed Mossa regarding the program, said Kenisi.
