Meteorologists predict mild weather and cloudy skies on Thursday across Egypt in the daylight hours, growing cold by night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 23C in Alexandria, 24C in Cairo, 27C in Qena and 28C in Luxor and Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility across the country’s northern parts in the morning. Winds are expected to be mostly southwesterly and moderate and will be active in the western parts of the country, blowing up sand and dust.
Low and medium-level clouds are expected for most parts of Egypt, accompanied by rainfall on the northern coasts, Halayeb and Shalateen cities, and the Red Sea mountain area.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, and surface winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meter in height, with southwesterly to southeasterly surface winds.
