Morsy’s Ettehadiya trial postponed to 6 March

The Cairo Criminal Court postponed the Ettehadiya case to 6 March as a member of toppled President Mohamed 's defense team, Mohamed al-Damaty, asked for carrying out procedures for replacing the judges.'

Morsy had arrived at Police Academy on Tuesday for his trial along with other 14 members of the Muslim Brotherhood over protester killing charges, a security source from Interior Ministry said.

Morsy was transferred via a jet from prison to the academy, where Cairo Criminal Court is held. He was taken from the runway in car to inside the court under high security.

The rest of the suspects arrived on Tuesday after being transferred via armored vehicles from Tora Prison to the academy under tight security measures. Security patrols were spread along the ring road to secure the trial.

The trial was adjourned on Sunday to Tuesday due to the bad weather conditions.
