Antiquities Minister Mamdouh al-Damaty has discussed ways of cooperating with Jerry Scott, president of the American Research Center, in digitalizing artifacts from museums.
Damaty said he has agreed to establish a center for the digital documentation of artifacts in museums at the National Museum of Civilization. The American Research Center will train the staff on the latest methods of digitalizing in this field.
“This will protect artifacts displayed at museums,” he said.
