Temperatures increase on Monday, Cairo 21C

 

Meteorologists predict a slight increase in temperatures for Monday across Egypt. Mild weather is expected on the northern coasts, warmer in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Upper Egypt during daylight hours and growing colder on all parts of the country by night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 19C in Alexandria, 21C in Cairo, 24C in Qena, Sharm al-Sheikh and Hurghada, 25C in Luxor, and 26C in Aswan.

Frost cover is expected on plants in central Sinai. Mist will affect visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country until northern Upper Egypt, and will be dense in some areas.

Low and medium-level clouds are expected in the northern parts of the country. Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and low to moderate.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with northeasterly to southeasterly surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height with northwesterly surface winds.
