Two brothers arrested in Minya for creating anti-police Facebook page

 
Security authorities in Minya referred two brothers supporting toppled President Mohamed Morsy to public prosection over charges of inciting against the police on Facebook.
 
A source at Minya Security Directorate said that Ahmed F, a student at the Faculty of Medicine, and his brother Mohamed F have been arrested for allegedly creating a page on Facebook dubbed "Samalout Revolution" against police officers by publishing their personal information, inciting violence and riots and promoting the overthrow of the government.
 
The defendants were in possession of a computer that contained Morsy's pictures and a Rabaa sign, as well as pictures, names and addresses of some officers. They also had tear gas masks and leaflets, the source said.
