Meteorologists predict warm weather for Egypt’s northwestern coasts on Monday with warmer temperatures in Lower Egypt, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt, growing hotter in Upper Egypt, and very cold by night across the entire country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are 21C in Alexandria, 24C in Cairo, 25C in Sharm el-Sheikh, 26C in Hurghada, 27C in Qena, 28C in Luxor, and 29C in Aswan.
Mist will affect visibility during morning hours in the northern parts of the country until northern Upper Egypt, denser in some roads. Low and medium-level clouds are anticipated for the northern parts of the country. Winds will be mostly northeasterly and moderate.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be low to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with western to northwestern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate and range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height, with northwesterly surface winds.
