Winds are expected to be moderate in strength, active in South Sinai and accompanied by dust in the south.
Winds are also expected to be active in the Gulf of Suez, the Red Sea and in the western part of Egypt’s Mediterranean, possibility disrupting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean will be moderate to turbulent, ranging between two and 2.5 meters in height, with northwestern surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be turbulent, ranging between 2.5 and three meters in height, with northwestern surface winds.
Temperatures predicted are 33C in Cairo, 29C in Alexandria, 39C in Qena, and 40C in Luxor, and 42C in Aswan.
