Meteorologists say mild weather is expected to prevail on northern coasts on Friday to be warmer in the Delta and Cairo.
Highs of 33C will be reached in Cairo and 30C in Alexandria.
Hot weather will be felt in Upper Egypt during the daytime, with highs of 38C in Qena and Luxor and 39C in Aswan.
Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen in the north. Visibility will be reduced in the morning on northern coasts, the Delta, Cairo and canal provinces. Moderate northeastern wind will prevail in the west and south of Sinai as well as south of Upper Egypt and Red Sea, disturbing maritime navigation there.
Mediterranean waves will be 1-1.5 meters in height, with northeastern winds prevailing, and 2-2.5 meters in the Red Sea with northwestern winds prevailing.
