Mild weather is expected to prevail on Sunday on northern coasts, to be hot in the Delta and Cairo, meteorologists said.
Visibility will be reduced in the morning on agricultural roads and areas close to water surfaces due to mist. Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen above northern coasts.
Highs of 34 degrees centigrade will be reached in Cairo and 28 degrees in Alexandria.
Moderate northwesterlies will blow on South Sinai and the south of the country, as well as on the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez, which will disturb maritime navigation there.
The height of Mediterranean waves will reach between 1.5 to two meters, while the height of Red Sea waves will reach between two to 2.5 meters. Northwesterly winds will blow on both seas.
In Upper Egypt, hot weather will be felt, with highs of 39 degrees expected in Qena and 40 degrees in each of Luxor and Aswan.
